Montana’s Best Casinos Real Rewards Program Rules

Your participation in the Real Rewards Program (“Real Rewards”) constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Real Rewards Program Rules (“Rules”). 

1. Montana Law prohibits persons under 18 years of age from engaging in any gambling activity. Therefore, players must be at least 18 years of age and present a valid, government-issued photo identification, and a valid mobile phone number and/or email address in order to become a member of Real Rewards and to redeem Real Rewards points, offers and promotions. Identification that is deemed acceptable is in the sole discretion of management and may vary by participating location.
   
   
2. Any player wishing to join Real Rewards must have a verified player profile registered at mtsbestlogin.com and select a confidential Personal Identification Number (PIN). The profile will be used by the player to join Real Rewards at each location which the player desires to become a member.
   
   
3. The player must log in through mtsbestlogin.com using their established profile and accept the Real Rewards terms and conditions at each participating location the member desires to join.
   
   
4. Each member is responsible for all transactions on their membership account when their PIN is used. Your member PIN must be input through the player interface tablet when redeeming Real Rewards offers or promotions. Members may not disclose their PIN for any other reason. Participating locations, their employees, officers, members, agents and affiliates, are not responsible for lost or stolen PINs, including any resulting misuse.
   
   
5. Membership in Real Rewards and all associated benefits are non-transferable. Members are prohibited from using another member’s customer profile for any purpose.
   
   Members are responsible for logging into a Player Interface Tablet when arriving to a participating location. A casino attendant can also log members or move members onto a machine after a player effectively logs onto a player interface tablet. It is the responsibility of the member to log into a player interface tablet on the machine in use or to notify the casino attendant when moving from machine to machine to ensure that Real Rewards points are properly awarded.
   
   
6. Members may redeem Real Rewards points on machine play only. Real Rewards points have no cash value and members have no vested property interest in the points. Real Rewards points cannot be used for match play funds, cashing out to take with you, tips, donations, etc.
   
   The minimum redemption amount is $5.00. The maximum redemption is $500.00 per player, per day at each participating location. All Real Rewards redemptions are final unless otherwise allowed at the discretion of management.

8. Real Rewards points are earned based on a member’s credits played. Real Rewards points may only be redeemed at the participating location where they are earned. Real Rewards point balances remain property of the participating location where they are earned until redeemed by a member.

10. By providing your email address and mobile phone number, you consent to receiving Real Rewards offers and promotions by email and/or text message. It is the member’s responsibility to keep their email address, mobile phone number and/or mailing address updated in order to receive offers and promotions.

12. A casino employee may not perform Real Rewards transactions for immediate family members (parent, grandparent, brother, sister, child, spouse, or anyone living in the same household) unless the employee is the only person on shift.

14. Employees of Town Pump Inc. may gamble at and/or join Real Rewards with one exception: casino employees are not permitted to join Real Rewards or gamble at their place(s) of employment.

16. Real Rewards points may be adjusted by management to correct malfunctions, errors, and discrepancies.
    
    
17. Management reserves the right to deny anyone membership, or cancel, change or revise the Membership Rules and benefits at any time. Members can access the most current membership rules at www.montanasbestcasinos.com. Management reserves the right to modify or cancel the Real Rewards program at any time, for any reason.

19. Management has the right to suspend or cancel membership in Real Rewards due to violation of the Rules, or for any misconduct by the member, all as determined by management in its sole discretion. In the event of a membership cancellation for any reason, the member’s Real Rewards points shall immediately expire, without recourse.
    
    
20. If a Real Rewards account does not reflect any activity for a period of 3 years the participating location may cancel the Real Rewards account and the entire Real Reward point balance, if any, will expire.

22. The participating location where the Real Rewards points are earned has ultimate authority to settle any disputes regarding Real Rewards membership or benefits. Any complaints regarding enrollment or benefits of Real Rewards must be submitted at www.montanasbestcasinos.com, and management’s resolution shall be final and binding on the member.

26. If any provision of these rules is deemed invalid or unenforceable by law or regulation, such provision shall be deemed void, but all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
